Application: For the diffuser, 2–4 drops per 100 ml of water (very intense – dose sparingly). For skin application, max. 1–2 drops diluted in 10 ml carrier oil.
⚠️ Important note: Peppermint oil contains menthol and has a strong cooling effect. It should not be used on the face or nose area of infants (according to some sources under 10 years of age), as it can rarely lead to breathing difficulties. Consult a doctor during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
